Where does the clothing waste go?

It's my genuine question I am pretty sure big brands don't make one piece at a time and thousands of pieces are made and each of the clothing pieces has it so own amount of waste and the main whenever any many game or series is manufactures start making the exact outfits and jackets without caring about our mother nature. Just like last month, The Super Bowl was celebrated all around, and hundreds of ovo chiefs jacket and different jackets were made to support their team. Who is responsible for all of these things?
